we began to look around the Carihuela area, we had several essential requirements and we knew that it would not be easy to find the perfect apartment. It seemed impossible mission to us, but after visiting and visiting ... We finally found the perfect apartment that absolutely gathered everything! We found it amazing ... It is in a building located just 2 minutes walk from the beach, has supermarkets and bus stops nearby, and is ready to go to enjoy it, or to put it on rent. We love the location! Just 5 minutes walk is Puerto Marina, ideal for a drink in the afternoon or just see shops or the beautiful places you find. Of course you have our much desired private parking space! The tour of the car is over until finally finding a place in Carihuela where you can park.
Another great advantage is the terrace, it has a roofed and glazed part, and another outdoors, so we can be in it at all times of the year. And beautiful views of the gardens and POOL.
The truth is that the floor does not lack detail ... it has the recently renovated kitchen and bathroom ... What more could you ask for ?!
