I always wanted to have an apartment on the beach! One of the most important things when you decide to buy an apartment, was the location, get up in the morning and walk 100 meters and be on the promenade of Carihuela, I've always loved the area! It is also in the part near Puerto Marina, so walking less than 10 minutes we also reach that fabulous area, children love it! The boats, the bars, the shops ... It is magnificent both during the day and then at night.
Another thing that I always wanted is that I would have a swimming pool in the urbanization, so as not to miss one of the summer days, even if there is swell on the beach, we can enjoy enjoying the gardens and family refreshments in the pool.
One of the things for which I decided that this was the perfect apartment, is because it does not need anything difficult, you do not know the joy and comfort that it gives you to be able to enter the apartment without having to reform in meters!
Another advantage is that the urbanization has community parking. How good to be able to get to Carihuela, park the car in your enclosure and be able to go everywhere walking! And if you are more than taking public transport, you will find bus and taxi stops on your street.
Our idea is to come from time to time and to enjoy it on our vacation, and the good thing is that in the area where it is, if there are times that I can not come much and I decide to rent it, profitability is more than assured.
It also has magnificent sea views from the large terrace ... All are advantages!
